Brad Coleman to make Sprint Cup Series Debut in No. 96 DLP® HDTV Toyota Next Week at Michigan
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Aug. 6, 2008) – Hall of Fame Racing officials announced Wednesday that NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Brad Coleman, who has been under contract as a test driver for Hall of Fame Racing since November 2007, will make his Sprint Cup Series debut by piloting the No. 96 DLP HDTV Toyota Camry in the Aug. 17 3M Performance 400 at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn.

I'm a Formula 1 fan who cannot imagine such a thing would ever happen in the GP....I wish I could be there to scream and cheer you on Brad! You go!
Thank you for doing this. In Europe there's no awareness for lupus at all. Lupus what?? I'm moved with all the actions on so many levels in the US and now even in racing....WOW!

Thanks for your response, Adriana. This is Chris, and we're just back from the race. Brad finished 10th - a fantastic finish. With a ripped off front fender, rolled up tape bouncing off the hood, he raced like he was on a mission. And, he was...for Lupus! He never quit, never gave up when he easily could have.
